Tillamook, OR — Oregon Coast Bank (OCB) is pleased to announce the hiring of Shelley Crisp as Branch Manager at its Tillamook location.

With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Crisp brings a wide range of expertise to her new role. Most recently, she served as Senior District Manager for Moneymart, where she oversaw west coast operations in Alaska, Arizona, and the Hawaiian Islands. Originally from the UK, Crisp also brings a strong understanding of international finance and a global perspective to the local community.

Crisp says it was Oregon Coast Bank’s founding principles that drew her in. “What stood out to me was how the bank was built from the ground up to support the community,” she said. “I wanted to be part of something where the focus is on the people, that was really important to me”

Now settled in Tillamook, Crisp is eager to build relationships with the area’s residents and businesses. “I’m excited to get to know the community, especially the small business owners in fishing, logging, and dairy farming. These industries are the heart of this region, and I want to be out there supporting them.”

Outside of work, Crisp enjoys spending time on her property, caring for her many rescue animals. She says the wide-open spaces of Tillamook remind her of the countryside she grew up in back home in the UK.

As she steps into her new role, Crisp looks forward to carrying forward Oregon Coast Bank’s people-first mission. “OCB really are community, family, and customer oriented. They don’t just talk about it, they actually do it. I am so glad to be here.”
