Waldport, OR — Oregon Coast Bank (OCB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Moore to Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at its Waldport location.

Moore’s career with OCB began in 2013 as a teller where she quickly built strong relationships with customers in her hometown community. After taking a brief break to start a family, she returned to the bank and advanced to Operations Supervisor. She held that role for nearly five years before stepping into her new leadership position.

As one of the first Assistant Branch Managers in OCB’s history, Moore is eager to embrace new responsibilities, including behind-the-scenes operations, while remaining connected to the customers she has served for more than a decade. “I’ll always enjoy being on the front lines,” she explained. “You build relationships here. These are your friends, your neighbors, your family. That connection is what makes this job so rewarding.”

Moore credits the bank’s family-oriented culture and strong community values as key reasons she has grown her career at OCB. “They’re understanding and supportive, and they share the same values I do,” she said. “We work hard, we volunteer, we fundraise. It’s about giving back to the people who live here.”

Looking ahead, Moore says she is motivated to set and achieve new professional goals while continuing to serve the coastal community she calls home. “I never imagined myself working in a bank, but now I can’t imagine doing anything else. I’m excited to keep learning, keep growing, and keep proving to myself that I deserve to be here.”
