Newport, OR – Oregon Coast Bank (OCB) is proud to announce the promotion of Sarah Jincks to Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at its Newport location.

A seventh-generation Oregonian with deep roots along the coast, Jincks brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and community dedication to her new role. Before joining OCB in 2018, she spent eight years as a general manager at a boutique hotel on the Coast. Her varied background and her experience as a mother have shaped her empathetic approach to customer service and community engagement.

Jincks, along with her colleague Jamie Moore, hold the distinction of becoming the first assistant branch managers in the Bank’s history—a testament to their hard work and commitment to supporting both front- and back-office operations.

“Joining Oregon Coast Bank felt like coming home,” Jincks said. “Many of our customers know me and my family.. I want to make everyone who walks through our doors feel like part of the family.”

With the Newport branch being located in her hometown, Jincks is passionate about serving local businesses and residents alike. She is actively involved in community events, including planning a National Night Out in collaboration with the Newport Recreation Center and Police Department. Her goal is to strengthen ties between the Bank and the community, ensuring OCB remains a true partner to the people it serves.
