March 12th we are converting our computer system so you will see:

• Changes in the appearance and functionality of your Online Banking and Mobile Banking

• You will receive a new debit card in the mail that needs to be activated and used on 3/12

• Your old debit card will not work after 3/11

• All Oregon Coast Bank ATMs will not accept deposits from 12:00 PM on 3/9 to 8:00 AM on 3/12

• After 8:00 AM on 3/12 ATMs will take deposits

• There will be some disruption in ATM service on 3/11 as the system updates

• Bill payment will be available the morning of 3/16

• Mobile deposit will be available the morning of 3/13

ALERT: We have become aware of an increasing number of fraud attempts in our communities. Oregon Coast Bank will never contact you to ask for security codes, your user IDs, or your password. Fraudsters calling and claiming to be from your financial institution may ask for your username, password, two-factor authentication code or other personal information to gain access to your online banking. If you receive a call or text from someone claiming to be from your Oregon Coast Bank requesting this information, stop communicating and report it immediately to Oregon Coast Bank.
